Zwei Jahre lang habe ich gemeinsam mit Claudia Eyd an diesem Buchprojekt gearbeitet.
Wir haben viel Zeit, Energie und Herzblut in die Idee gesteckt, die vielen positiven Geschichten aus meinem Podcast auch in Buchform lesbar zu machen. Unser Wunsch ist, m\u00f6glichst viele Menschen, die von Parkinson betroffen sind, an den hilfreichen Impulsen meiner Interviewg\u00e4ste teilhaben zu lassen.<\/p>

Beim Parkinson Online Kongress von Dr. Mareike Schwedt durfte ich einen Vortrag halten \u00fcber meine pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen mit der Parkinson-Diagnose. Es ging um die Themen Empowerment und Selbsterm\u00e4chtigung f\u00fcr Betroffene und deren Angeh\u00f6rige.\u00a0<\/p>

Mit Mareike sprach ich dar\u00fcber,\u00a0 wie wichtig es ist Frieden mit der Krankheit zu schlie\u00dfen, Hilfe anzunehmen, Humor als Bew\u00e4ltigungsstrategie zu nutzen und Dankbarkeit f\u00fcr das zu zeigen, was weiterhin funktioniert. Durch soziale Interaktionen und das Entdecken neuer Bet\u00e4tigungsfelder kann die Lebensqualit\u00e4t gesteigert werden. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist es, Betroffene zu ermutigen, sich der Krankheit zu stellen und positiv in die Zukunft zu blicken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Beim Parkinson Netzwerkkongress in Osnabr\u00fcck mit rund 300 unglaublich engagierten Therapeut:innen, Medizinern und Vertretern der Selbsthilfe durfte ich einen Vortrag aus Patient:innensicht halten und habe mich sehr \u00fcber die Einladung und das warmherzige Feedback im Anschluss gefreut!
Es war eine gro\u00dfartige Veranstaltung mit viel Wissensvermittlung und Austausch.
Die Parkinson-Netzwerke in Deutschland sind ein gro\u00dfer Gewinn f\u00fcr alle!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Janina ist eine bemerkenswerte Frau: Sie hat vor einigen Jahren ihren Job als TV Journalistin gek\u00fcndigt und ist mit ihrem damals f\u00fcnfj\u00e4hrigen Sohn f\u00fcr mehrere Jahre auf Weltreise gegangen. Daraus entstanden sind ein Buch, ein Podcast und ein ganz besonderes Start-up Unternehmen, das Frauen weltweit unterst\u00fctzt.
Janina fragt in ihrem Podcast \u201eCan I Click it?\u201c ihre G\u00e4ste, nach den besonderen Click-Momenten, die das Leben auf einmal in eine andere Richtung lenken.

I was asked to write a guest article for the newsletter \"Aufklaren - Expertise und Netzwerk f\u00fcr Kinder psychisch kranker Eltern\" of the PARIT\u00c4TISCHEN Wohfahrtsverband Hamburg e.V..\n\nThe theme of this newsletter was to point out that mental symptoms do not necessarily always have to belong to a psychiatric diagnosis but can also have other causes. Psychiatric symptoms, such as depression, impulse control disorders or hallucinations, can be part of Parkinson's disease, but are consequences of the disease or of taking medication.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
